§ Mrs. HartThe recently signed £5 million United Kingdom-Mozambique programme loan is for the purchase of spare parts and maintenance equipment of British manufacture, to be mutually agreed by the Government of Mozambique and the Government of the United Kingdom. British development assistance is for peaceful purposes only and the Government of Mozambique accept this.
