§ Mr. Adleyasked the Prime Minister when he intends to answer the letter from the hon. Member for Christchurch and Lymington seeking his comments on the suggestion that convicted terrorists should be given a suspended capital sentence to be implemented if hostages are taken and held in exchange for the release of the terrorists.
