asked the Minister of Overseas Development what was the total sum granted by her Department to non-statutory organisations in each of the years 1973–74, 1974–75, 1975–76 and 1976–77 ; what is the size of the grants budgeted for 1977–78, 1978–79 and 1979–80; and if she will list these grants.
