§ Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what progress has been made with the proposal to make kidney donor scheme cards available to the public through pharmacies.
Moyle:In 1974, pharmacists were asked to co-operate in the kidney donor card scheme by making donor cards available to the public, and display material was distributed to all pharmacies. A renewed approach to pharmacists, together with a further distribution of donor cards, is to be made shortly.
