HC Deb 08 November 1977 vol 938 c66W
30. Mr. Grocott

asked the Secretary of State for Defence how many of his Departments' recruiting officers recruit less than 100 people each year.

Mr. Wellbeloved

members of the recruiting organisations of the three Services work as part of larger integrated teams. It is not possible, therefore, to allocate specific recruiting achievements to individual officers. In theOfficial Reportdated 26th May 1977, Vol. 932, c. 610–18. I provided my hon. Friend with a list of all 288 careers information offices, indicating the number of people actually recruited by each one in the financial year 1976–77, the last full year for which figures are available. Of these offices, 154 recruited less than 100 people in 1976–77.
