§ Dr. SummerskillWe have made no such estimate. If my hon. Friend has in mind the "guesstimate" by the Board of Inland Revenue quoted in paragraph 16 of the Tenth Report from the Expenditure Committee for Session 1974–75, I understand that the Board is unable to make any closer approximation to the present value of charities' assets.
