§ Mr. Harry EwingRare birds, their nests and eggs are specially protected under the Protection of Birds Acts, and, given the remoteness of-many of the nesting sites, I am satisfied that as much as possible is being done by the official and voluntary agencies concerned to ensure that the safeguards provided by the law are effective.
