§ Mr. MasonShortly after 4.30 on the afternoon of Thursday 12th May Mr. Douglas Deering was shot dead in the supermarket that he owned in Main Street, Rosslea, County Fermanagh. It is believed that three men entered the supermarket and fired two shots with a handgun. Mr. Deering was hit in the head and chest and died almost immediately. The murderers are believed to have escaped by car towards the border. To date no arrests have been made in connection with this murder. Police inquiries are being vigorously pursued.
