§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieI am informed by the South of Scotland Electricity Board that capital expenditure on Hunterston B power station amounted to £138.5 million at 31st March 1977. The Board does not relate borrowings to specific assets, but estimates that relevant interest charges in the period to 31st March 1977 amounted to some £54 million.
