§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what measures 260W he intends to take to help with the problem of derelict and vandalised properties in Kirkby, following the ministerial visit to the area.
§ Mr. FreesonI toured Kirkby on 5th April and also had a useful and constructive discussion with members and officers of Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council. I am giving serious consideration to the points they raised, in order to see how the Department might best help.
