To assist me in reviewing this expenditure I have invited the Council for the Principality to participate with officials of the Welsh Office in a working party with the following terms of reference:
To examine and report on the spending of the housing provision in Wales in 1976–77 and to make recommendations for the arrangements from 1977–78 onwards to ensure the most effective use of the available provisions.The first meeting of the working party was held on 13th May.The representatives of the Council for the Principality are:
