Oil companies have traditionally relied on the expertise, knowledge and confidence which calling in Mr. Red Adair and his associates provides. In the light of the Ekofisk blow-out my right hon. Friend and I hope to discuss a number of points with Mr. Adair, including the possibility of developing the United Kingdom capability in this area.
