§ Mr. McElhoneI refer the hon. Member to the reply given on 22nd December 1976 to my hon. Friend the Member for Glasgow, Pollok (Mr. White). My right hon. Friend is anxious to set up a Scottish Council for Community Education as soon as possible and, following consultations with the bodies concerned, it is hoped that a further statement can be made later in the year.—[Vol. 923, c.218.]
