§ Mr. William RodgersFuel duty rebate is granted for stage service operations by virtue of Section 92(8) of the Finance Act 1965. These are essentially local services accounting for about 80 per cent. of all bus mileage. They are the most socially valuable services and those in the greatest need of support.
