asked the Secretary of State for Transport what steps the South Yorkshire County Council must now take to qualify for the transport supplementary grant settlement for 1978–79, made in accordance with the provisions of the Rate Support Grant Order in the light of the fact that the supplementary grant £4 million 1977–78 was not granted on 14th January 1977 in accordance with the Rate Support Grant Order 1976 (S.I., 1976, No. 2203).
