§ 24. Sir David Rentonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Common wealth Affairs whether he will seek to arrange for a referendum to take place before independence is granted to Dominica.
§ Mr. RowlandsA constitutional conference is due to be held in London beginning on 16th May at which the Government and Opposition in Dominica will be represented. I cannot anticipate the outcome of those discussions.
