asked the Secretary of State for Employment what percentage of the total of the special funds, allocated for all aspects of job creation, employment opportunities or to help men in employment, in a time of high unemployment, have been spent in the South-West sub-region of England of Devon and Cornwall.

I would like to see it do so more quickly.
