Mr. Charles R. Morris

One special adviser has been appointed since 21st February. Mrs. M. Sidgreaves is now special adviser to my right hon. Friend the Minister for Overseas Development. In addition, Mr. D. Lipsey has left the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and is now a member of the Policy Unit at Number 10 Downing Street.
