§ 45. Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he is satisfied with co-ordination between the Secretary of State for Trade and his Department with regard to the clearance of derelict craft in harbours.
§ Mr. HoramThe responsibility for clearance of derelict craft in harbours lies with the individual harbour authorities concerned. Neither of my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Transport and Trade has any executive responsibilities in this matter, but they are satisfied with the co-ordination of all relevant matters between their respective Departments.
