§ Dr. OwenThe Defence and External Affairs Sub-Committee of the Expenditure Committee visited Washington from 17th June to 23rd June 1976. The British Embassy in Washington reported to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on the evidence submitted to the Sub-Committee during their visit to Washington.
