§ The Prime MinisterA negotiating conference on a Common Fund for commodities is now taking place in Geneva, in accordance with UNCTAD Resolution 93(IV). The United Kingdom, like most other participating countries, is represented by officials. I have reported separately to the House on discussions about a Common Fund at the European Council meeting in Rome on 25th and 26th March.
