§ Mr. HattersleyI am asking the Price Commission to examine and report on the prices of, and margins on, decorative paint, in both manufacturing and retailing. Among other things, this study should throw light on the wide variations in the prices at which the same paint is sold by different retail outlets as well as on other factors in the pricing of paint.
