§ Mr. VarleyI have directed the National Enterprise Board, under Section 3 of the Industry Act 1975, to exercise my powers under Section 8 of the Industry Act 1972 for the purpose of making a loan not exceeding £30 million to British Leyland Limited as approved by Parliament on 3rd August 1976. I have laid714W a statement to that effect before Parliament today in accordance with Section 3 of the Industry Act 1975.
