§ The Prime MinisterIn England the Ministers principally responsible are the Secretaries of State for the Environment, Industry and Employment, though other Ministers are also concerned with policy towards the regions. In Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, the relevant Secretary of State undertakes many of these responsibilities.
