§ Mr. Les HuckfieldFollowing my right hon. Friend's statement to the House on 2nd March negotiations are under way between the Organising Committee for British Shipbuilders and P & O on the possible acquisition of the ship-repairing interests of R. H. Green and Silley Weir at London and Falmouth. London Graving Dock is engaged in similar negotiations on the possible acquisition of its ship-repairing interests. I understand that in both cases the companies have kept their staff informed.
