§ Mr. Denzil DaviesI have given sympathetic consideration to such claims so far, and I have not as yet rejected any which would have been valid if they had been received before 13th February. But this cannot go on indefinitely, and I doubt if we will be able to consider any claims received after the end of this financial year.
