§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Energy when he intends to implement the declaration of September 1973 that the Atomic Energy Authority-Rio Tinto Zinc contract for Namibian uranium would be terminated.
§ Mr. BennI have nothing to add to the statement made to the hon. Member by the then Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs on 9th December 1974, when she indicated that, in the context of a comprehensive review of Government policy towards South Africa, it had been decided not to interfere with the contract for the supply of uranium from Namibia.
