§ Mr. RowlandsI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Moray and Nairn (Mrs. Ewing) on 12th January. Since that date representatives of the Government and Opposition in Dominica have accepted 71W an invitation to meet me in London on 23rd March for preliminary discussion of the Dominica Government's proposals for independence.
