§ Mr. HoramI am aware of the various problems that can arise at the boundaries between different bus undertakings' operating areas. Although they can often be overcome by sensible co-ordination arrangements, they form part of a complicated set of issues concerning the bus industry which my right hon. Friend is considering as part of his review of transport policy.
