Mr. Litterick

asked the Minister of Overseas Development (1) what proportion of the aggregate GNP of all OPEC and OECD countries, respectively, was devoted to overseas aid in the latest year for which this information is available;

(2) what is the total aggregate GNP of all OPEC and OECD countries, respectively, in the latest year for which this information is available;

(3) what is the average per capita income of all OPEC and OECD countries, respectively, based on the latest available information.

Comparable information is only available for those OECD countries which are also members of DAC. The information for 1975 is:
