How they reconcile their reported support at the United Nations of Swapo as representing all the people of South-West Africa, with the refusal of Mr. Majona, the self-claimed leader of Swapo, to conform to formal electoral procedure as provided for by its charter.
§ Lord GORONWY-ROBERTSWe do not recognise SWAPO as the "sole and authentic representative" of the people of Namibia. We voted against a General Assembly Resolution this year which accorded SWAPO this status.
