§ Mr. David Howellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, further to his reply to the hon. Member for Guildford of 10th May 1977, Official Report,column 460,whether the existing restrictions on capital movement obligations described in the latter part of his answer as having been authorised under Article 108 of the EEC Treaty have been authorised on an indefinite basis or whether there is procedure for review at some point in the future.
