§ Dr. SummerskillOrganisations representing some of the London cab drivers submitted on 19th April proposals for reform of the London fares tariff combined with a fares increase, and these are being studied. The committee representing the collective interests of the London cab trade has not yet put forward an application although it is expected to do so in the near future. I cannot anticipate the outcome, or the timing of any resultant increase.
