§ Mr. Skinnerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether she will consult with the Derbyshire County Council about the replacement programme for all nineteenth century infant schools in Derbyshire.
§ Miss Margaret JacksonI understand that there are about 200 nineteenth century primary schools in Derbyshire. The building allocation for 1978–79 includes a small element for improvement and replacement projects. It is for the Authority to determine its priorities within the overall financial limits of its total authorisation.
