Mr. Sydney Irving

asked the Prime Minister whether he will make any changes in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.

The Prime Minister,

pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 21st June 1977;Vol. 933, c. 427-8], gave the following information.

There is a further change. I have appointed the hon. Member for Woking (Mr. Onslow) as a Substitute Member.
