§ Mr. Grieveasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proposals he has for providing arrangements for community service by offenders in the area of the Solihull Magistrates' Court.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI am considering whether it is possible to assist the West Midlands Probation and After-Care Committee in extending community service facilities in this area by a transfer of resources offered by certain other probation areas. With this in view, I shall be in touch with the committee shortly.
