§ Mr. Clinton DavisR. J. Manners Limited is in compulsory liquidation by order of the High Court made on 25th April 1977. Accordingly the Official Receiver is under a statutory duty to investigate its affairs and his inquiries are continuing. I am not in a position to intervene.
