§ Mr. MasonI have received this report, which is being published today. Copies have been made available to the House. The Commission has recom-472W mended that the law on both homosexuality and divorce in Northern Ireland should be brought more closely into line with the current law in England and Wales. In the light of the Commission's Report, I propose in due course to publish for comment draft proposals for new legislation on both subjects.
