§ 32. Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is his estimate of the number of divorced and separated women who are currently entitled to maintenance payments from their former, or separated husbands as a result of court orders; and what percentage of such women are not currently in receipt of their entitlement due to the failure of the man in question to maintain his payments.
