§ Mr. MasonThe Government wish to see a restoration of devolved government in Northern Ireland. I have made it clear that I will be willing to consider any arrangement which would involve the devolution of real power and responsibility to a new elected body provided that the arrangement was one that seemed likely to be able to command widespread support in both parts of the community.
