§ Mr. John GrantThere arc no representatives of organisations specifically representing the interests of the deaf on 171W the National Advisory Council on Employment of Disabled People. The council advises on matters of broad policy relating to the employment and training of disabled people. Members of the council arc appointed for the contribution which they can make to the council's discussions and not to represent the interests of individual disability groups.
