§ 21. Mr. Hal Millerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has received from the Government of Hong Kong or other official or unofficial bodies on the subject of the Government's Consultation Paper on British Citizenship.
§ Mr. LuardThe Hong Kong Government have submitted a number of inquiries concerning points of detail arising from the Green Paper "British Nationality Law: Discussion of Possible Changes" and these are being considered. The Unofficial Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils in Hong Kong have also presented a written statement of their views.
