§ Mr. CryerThe joint working group to examine proposals for establishing a CDA was set up last March by my right hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of Industry. It has met on six occasions, and a seventh meeting will be held later this month. I hope that the group will complete its study shortly and present its report and recommendations to the Government early in the Summer Recess.
