§ Mr. Jim Spicerasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) what is the average length of time from the receipt of a report from the agricultural dwelling-house advisory committees' finding agricultural need, and the rehousing of the people concerned;
(2) whether, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Sheffield, Brightside (Miss Maynard), Official Report, 16th June 1977, columns 235 and 236, he has been advised of the final results of the 145 cases in which agricultural need had been discerned; and what were they.
§ Mr. StrangI would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave the hon. Member for Braintree (Mr. Newton) on 28th June 1977—[Vol. 934, c. 183–4.]— when I explained that statistics about rehousing applications are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, and referred to the arrangements he was making.
