§ Mr. Guy BarnettThey are not contained in Cmnd. 6721 because in practice we now consider that such projections are unlikely to prove reliable enough to be worth publishing, bearing in mind such factors as the number and variety of authorities and transactions involved, the geographical spread, and the incidence of the financial year.
