§ Mr. John GrantI can confirm that the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission has completed his review of the implications of dispersing the head-quarters of the Commission and Executive out of London and has let my right hon. Friend have his recommendations. My right hon. Friend has the whole matter under active consideration with those of my colleagues who have an interest, but it would be premature of me to disclose the recommendations of the Commission until we have had an opportunity to assess them more fully.
