§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will make a statement on the proposed Merseyside County Council's nuclear communications centre, details of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Liverpool, Scotland Exchange:
(2) what is the estimated cost of the proposed Merseyside County Council's nuclear war communications centre; and what is the proposed cost to local authority and central Government funds, respectively.
