§ Dr. GilbertI regret that information relating to the first and second parts of the Question is not readily available and could be obtained only by a disproportionate expenditure of time and effort.
The scope for further civilisation is kept under continual review whilst authorising posts in units and establishments with a Service content. In addition a joint committee of officials and Staff Side representatives is currently examining this issue.
