§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Industry if, pursuant to his statement that so far as practicable all public corporations and local authorities should adopt a policy of buying British, Official Report, 10th January 1977, column 1051, and his reply Official Report, 20th January 1977, column 42 he will say what proportion of value is required to be added to a product in the United Kingdom for it to be recognised by him or public corporations and local authorities as being British.
