asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many of the non-dependent members of a supplementary benefit claimant's household to whom a rent share was attributed were under 18 years of age; and how many were aged between 18 and 21 years in 1975 and 1976.

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many of the non-dependent members of a supplementary benefit claimant's household to whom a rent share was attributed were in full-time work; and how many were on supplementary benefit in 1975 and 1976;

(2) in how many cases where the rent share rule was applied to supplementary benefit claimants the special "£10/£12" low earners' rule was applied in 1975 and 1976.
